 Kathy Quinn is an Emmy award-winning journalist born and raised in Kansas City. She reports every morning on FOX 4’s number one morning show and every afternoon on FOX 4 News at Noon. Her live shots vary from breaking news reports to overnight news to community happenings.

  • Please have your vehicle/float in the staging line at noon; MUST be there by 1:40 pm at the latest.
  • To distribute candy, you  must walk along keeping to the edge of the road to encourage anyone from running onto the pavement.
  • Do not get off and on your vehicle/float.  Either ride or walk.
    • Display your entry number while in the parade for judging purposes.
